FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Cleaning Tips

Proper care makes a difference Following these simple cleaning tips will help keep your glass and hardware looking new, prevent buildup or damage, and extend the life and appearance of your shower enclosure.

.) We recommend using a squeegee every day after the last shower. We recommend using a squeegee after the last shower of the day to keep your glass looking clean and clear. A quick wipe removes water and soap before they dry, helping to prevent water spots, soap scum, and mildew. It’s an easy habit that keeps your shower sparkling and helps your glass look new for years to come.

.) Leave the shower door open to dry out. Leaving the door open allows air to circulate, helping the shower dry faster. This prevents moisture buildup that can lead to mildew, odors, and damage to seals or metal finishes.

.) Wipe down weekly with a clean microfiber cloth, so as not to scratch the glass. A soft, clean microfiber cloth gently removes light buildup and dust without scratching the glass surface. Regular wiping helps maintain a streak-free shine and reduces the need for deeper cleaning.

.) If needed, you can use a mild dish soap and warm soapy water on metals. Mild dish soap safely cleans metal frames and hardware without damaging finishes or protective coatings. Avoid harsh chemicals, which can cause discoloration or corrosion over time.

.) To clean any buildup or hard water spotting, use a Magic Eraser with a little lemon juice. For tougher spots, a Magic Eraser and lemon juice combination helps break down mineral deposits and soap scum naturally, leaving the glass clear and refreshed without using strong abrasives.

.) Lysol bathroom cleaner is a safe, non-abrasive product to use with a sponge or a microfiber cloth. Lysol bathroom cleaner effectively removes everyday soap and mineral buildup without scratching or dulling the surface. Always use a soft sponge or microfiber cloth for best results.

.) An alcohol-based cleaner is recommended for mirrors. Alcohol-based cleaners evaporate quickly, preventing streaks and residue. They safely clean mirrors and keep them crystal clear without damaging backing or edges.

.) Make sure the inside panel is always closest to the shower head to prevent leaking. Keeping the inside panel nearest the shower head ensures that water stays inside the shower enclosure. This simple step helps prevent leaks, water damage, and slipping hazards outside the shower area.
