30 day Defective Material All Retail Glass and Mirrors are warrantied for 30 days against manufacturing defects
Seals and Sweeps Shower doors seals and shower doors sweeps are NOT covered under warranty.
Other Any complaints for reasons other than listed above will be handled on a per incident basis.
DISCLAIMER Designed Glass shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage that may occur to existing materials, glass, fixtures, finishes, or surrounding surfaces during the removal, handling, or installation process. Removal of existing materials may result in incidental damage or reveal underlying tile, substrate, or structural issues that were not visible prior to commencement of work. Designed Glass assumes no responsibility for any pre-existing conditions or for damages arising directly or indirectly from the removal or replacement of existing materials. By authorizing work to proceed, the customer acknowledges and accepts these conditions.
